Job Summary


The Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives that support the organization's long-term goals.
Develops and implements long term plans to drive company growth, profitability and competitive advantage. Develops operating models and go-to-market strategies.
This role works closely with senior leadership to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive business performance through data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute corporate and business unit strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
Support senior leadership in strategic planning, business transformation, and growth initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects that drive operational improvement and strategic execution.
Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis for strategic investments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress of strategic initiatives.
Prepare executive presentations and reports for leadership and board meetings.
Identify new business opportunities including partnerships, expansion, and innovation.
Collaborate with departments such as finance, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure strategy alignment.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is often preferred.
10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or corporate planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis, financial modelling, and strategic frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
