Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related field).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS).
Strong understanding of roofing systems, structural design, and building standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Timely delivery of projects.
High accuracy in structural designs with minimal revisions.
Full compliance with OSHA, SOPS, and regulatory standards.
Optimal material and resource utilization to minimize waste and cost.
Key Competencies
Develop detailed structural designs and drawings for roofing and building systems using software such as Vortex, AutoCAD, or Revit.
Perform structural analysis to evaluate load capacities, stress distribution, and structural stability.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design alignment with project objectives.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities for compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Ensure structural designs comply with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
Select and test appropriate materials based on project needs and environmental conditions.
Prepare accurate technical reports, design documentation, and calculations.
