Job Description


Our client, an established construction company, is seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to supervise, coordinate, and monitor all construction activities related to structural and civil works on site. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical understanding and proven supervisory experience in large-scale structural construction.


Minimum Requirements:


National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 certificate)
Additional qualifications in related construction field (advantageous)
Relevant construction safety training (H&S Representative, First Aid, Working at Heights - advantageous)
Minimum 10-12 years' experience in construction
Minimum 5-8 years in supervisory role specific to structures
Proven experience in reinforced concrete, formwork systems, structural steel
Large-scale structural works experience
Good knowledge of civil works installation/construction
Valid driver's license
Own reliable transport
