Job Description
The Co-Ordinator will support the Style Studio department by ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative and sample preparation facilities related to products and images within the studio. They will closely collaborate with the Studio Lead, Stylists, Photographers, and Retouchers, reporting to the Traffic Lead to assist in their administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Sources missing or required products from merchants, QA or Studio Storage.
Accurately maintains sample check-in and check-out records.
Ensure that all items are accounted for and ready for image production promptly, in line with the business product lifecycle report.
Works closely with stylists to ensure they have the correct products for styling.
Maintains proper tracking processes of item numbers for the studio and e-retailers.
Confirm that sample returns are conducted in a timely and organized manner and that the merchant floor is satisfied with the condition of the product upon return.
Maintains a neatly organized product area to maximize production efficiency.
Accurately records and organizes samples in accordance with the product lifecycle report.
Follows the Traffic Lead's sample flow plan as well as the studio's production report.
Ensures that all necessary products are prepared in advance for the photographer and stylists before each shoot.
Assist stylists by ensuring timely image production in accordance with the company's product lifecycle report.
Assured daily shoot images are timeously administrated as per website specifications.
Verifies and accurately administrates marketing campaign images.
Monitors assigned brands and ensures all pending images are relayed to the Traffic Lead and relevant stakeholders, sourcing samples as needed.
Verifies item numbers and completion of image sets before sending for retouching; coordinating with the photographer so any discrepancies are addressed.
Ensure all images are maintained using business image uploading tools as necessary, supervising deletion, recording, and communication with the e-retail team.
Precise organization of digital assets and files on servers are maintained daily.
Strong communication skills since they will interact with key stakeholders and should uphold the business values and DNA.
Maintain good relationships with management as he/she is a representative of the department and its reputation.
Qualifications
Matric and ideally a diploma in administration, business, or marketing
2-3 years of experience working in marketing or in a coordinator role, ideally working in a studio setting (photography)
Intermediate MS Excel experience
