Interested candidates should possess a Masters Degree in GIS, Geography, Data Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in data management, GIS, spatial analysis, or health informatics, with at least 3 years in a business development, proposal writing, or technical advisory role.
