Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced and results-driven Supermarket manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring efficient store performance, excellent customer service, achievement of sales targets, effective staff supervision, and compliance with company policies and operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and operational management experience, with the ability to coordinate retail activities while overseeing kitchen food production, bakery, and restaurant operations to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Oversee the overall daily operations of the supermarket.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.
Ensure the supermarket environment remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Staff Management
Supervise, coordinate, and manage employees across departments.
Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Conduct staff briefings and ensure adherence to company policies.
Identify training needs and support staff development.
Sales and Business Performance
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Monitor kitchen food production, bakery operations, and restaurant.

Analyze reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Inventory and Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.

Customer Service

Qualifications and Experience
