Responsibilties
Manage day-to-day supermarket operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate employees.
Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and overall store performance.
Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
Ensure products are properly priced, displayed, and available to customers.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and store presentation.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Monitor suppliers and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Prepare and review sales and operational reports.
Implement promotional activities and strategies to increase sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Prevent and investigate stock losses, theft, and other operational risks.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 7 years experience.
