Job Summary
The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for driving and managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruitment, particularly for sales and field-based roles, and possess extensive networks across key regions in Nigeria.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring recruitment targets are met within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate CVs to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate hiring assessments.
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for sales and field operations roles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate recruitment activities across the South-West, South-East, and South-South regions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' proven recruitment experience.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales Executives, Merchandisers, Marketers, Territory Managers, and other field sales positions.
Strong recruitment network across the South-West, South-East, and South-South regions of Nigeria.
Proven ability to manage large-scale and high-volume recruitment projects.
Previous experience working in a leading outsourcing or recruitment firm is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage
Excellent candidate sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Compensation
Competitive net salary of N350,000 - N400,000 per month (negotiable).
