Job Description


Nutrawell Africa Limited is looking for a responsible, organized, and results-driven Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, coordinating daily activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the team consistently meets company standards and targets.
The Supervisor will work closely with the Manager and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be a strong team leader who can motivate employees, solve problems, maintain discipline, and ensure that work is completed accurately and on time.
This position requires someone who is hands-on, proactive, confident, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be able to lead by example and maintain a professional and positive working environment.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned team.
Allocate duties and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
Ensure daily and monthly targets are achieved.
Motivate, coach, and support team members to improve their performance.
Monitor the quality and accuracy of employees' work.
Identify performance issues and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
Maintain discipline and professionalism within the team.
Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
Communicate management instructions clearly to employees.
Address routine employee and customer issues and escalate serious matters to the Manager.
Monitor team productivity and identify areas that need improvement.
Encourage teamwork and maintain good communication among employees.
Ensure company equipment and resources are handled responsibly.
Support the Manager in implementing new processes and improving operations.
Help create a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
Perform other duties assigned by the Manager or management.


Requirements


Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team-lead, sales, customer service, call center, or operations role.
Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to set, monitor, and achieve team targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different personalities.
High level of discipline, integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
Must be proactive, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
