As the Regional Hub Manager: Western Cape, you will be the strategic lead for Samsung Consumer Electronics within the region. You are responsible for the total regional sell-out performance, maintaining world-class retail standards, and optimizing the retail footprint. This role requires a high-level commercial strategist who can build influential partnerships with key retail stakeholders and lead a high-performing team to ensure Samsung dominates the Western Cape market.


Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Regional Commercial Strategy & Sell-Out


Market Dominance: Drive regional sell-out by analyzing complex data sets across diverse Western Cape LSMs, translating regional targets into specific, achievable store-level growth plans.
Hub Optimization: Oversee retail mapping for the region to identify growth opportunities and ensure Samsung's presence is maximized in high-traffic commercial hubs.
Promotional Orchestration: Lead the regional roll-out of national and local promotional activities, ensuring 100% execution compliance and maximum consumer impact.


Premium Retail Execution & Brand Asset Management


Flagship Excellence: Ensure all retail assets and Point of Purchase (POP) materials meet Samsung's premium global standards, specifically tailored to the Western Cape's competitive retail landscape.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the regional distribution and "Day 1" launch excellence of all new lines, ensuring Samsung is first-to-market in every store.

Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualifications
