The Team Leader will oversee and support a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales targets, ensure daily field performance, and provide accurate reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Plan and assign daily routes and sales targets.
Conduct field visits to monitor performance and provide guidance.
Ensure sales representatives follow brand guidelines and maintain professionalism.
Consolidate daily sales data and submit accurate reports to the Project Lead.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product inquiries.
Conduct briefings, training, and performance reviews for the team.
Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and brand visibility in the field.
Resolve field challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 year experience in field sales supervision or FMCG sales leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
Ability to motivate and influence a sales team.
