Supervisor- Operations at Zurock Solutions

Our client is a growing food business specializing in the processing, Packaging, Marketing and distribution of fresh and frozen sea foods, poultry, Meat and other food products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Oversee daily operations and ensure business runs smoothly and efficiently
Manage online and offline orders from receipt through processing, packaging and dispatch
Supervise Staff, assign duties, monito productivity and manage attendance
Maintain high standard of hygiene, safe food handling, packaging and product quality
Manage inventory and stock, including storage, wastage, spoilage, and stock records
Drive online sales and customer experience across Whatsapp, Instagram, Tik Tok, facebook and other digital channels
coordinate dispatch and deliveries to ensure accurate orders, proper packaging and on time delivery
Prepare operational reports


REQUIREMENTS


OND in relevant field
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
Experience in food processing, retail, FMCG, hospitality, logistics or similar operations
Proven experience in online selling/social media customer engagement
