REQUIREMENTS :
A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4; plus A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Logistics/Stores environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required:
Knowledge of the Public Service Act / Regulations, Skills Development policies and strategies.
Knowledge of Departmental / Provincial policies.
Understanding HRM practices in Public Service.
Knowledge of Public Service reporting procedures and work environment.
Knowledge of the Labour Relations Act.
Understanding of research and policy development processes.
Knowledge of research and gathering of information.
Knowledge on interpretation of legislation, policies and statistics.
Understanding of all prescripts, practices and procedures.
Knowledge of all Public Service and related legislation.
Knowledge of PFMA 1999, SCM policies and guidelines.
Knowledge of Treasury Regulations, Government budget processes and Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.
Research, policy formulation and supervisory skills.

Supervise and render general clerical support services.
Supervise and provide supply chain clerical support services within the component.
Supervise and provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component.
Supervise and provide assets and inventory management for RTI equipment and consumables.
Supervise human resources / staff.
