About the role: \"Develop and execute effective procurement and supply chain strategies. Oversee sourcing, purchasing, vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Analyse procurement costs, pricing trends, supplier performance, and purchasing patterns. Develop strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising product quality. Ensure timely procurement and availability of products across branches. Coordinate procurement, warehousing, inventory planning, logistics, and distribution activities. Conduct supplier evaluations, market research, and cost-benefit analyses. Establish procurement budgets, performance indicators, and reporting systems. Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Use data analytics to improve demand forecasting, purchasing decisions, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, and Operations teams to improve overall supply chain performance.
