About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, inventory control, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
This role is responsible for optimizing costs, improving operational efficiency, mitigating supply chain risks, and supporting business growth through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the upstream oil & gas industry.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Demonstrated expertise in procurement, logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, compliance, and supply chain risk management.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
