Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Coaching, or a related field from a recognised institution. Valid swimming coaching certification from a recognised body.
At least five (5) years of demonstrable experience coaching swimming, preferably in a school or youth development setting.
Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC)
Experience working with children and adolescents across different age groups and skill levels.
Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and Water Safety/Lifesaving.
Experience in organising and preparing students for swimming competitions and inter-school events.
Knowledge of Competency-Based Education (CBE) and co-curricular sports development will be an added advantage.
Registration with relevant professional sports or coaching bodies will be an added advantage.
