System design & Commercial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for functional systems, including value engineering where required.
• Conduct site inspections, assess project requirements, and develop appropriate engineering designs and technical solutions.
• Prepare, review, and update engineering drawings to meet manufacturing specifications, technical standards, and customer requirements.
• Review tender documents, undertake pricing, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Collate supporting documentation and coordinate the preparation, compilation, and packaging of tender and bid submissions.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage Engineering and Commercial Management Information Systems (MIS) and related reports.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, respond promptly to customer correspondence, and attend to client enquiries and requests.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Organisation.
