Database Management and Regeneration: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. Contact candidates identify those who active/passive and dormant.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract.
CV Formatting: Formatting CVs submitted by candidates into the business or client required structure, layout and critical information required.
Maintaining Compliance: Ensuring that all recruitment processes adhere to legal guidelines and organisational policies, including diversity and inclusion practices.
Managing Job Advertisements: Posting job openings on various platforms and social media to attract candidates.
Matric
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
International Experience project/offshore process or campaign would be beneficial
At least one years work experience
Positive attitude
Good knowledge of the Work suite of software
