JOB SUMMARY


Drive, coordinate and facilitate Talent Management initiatives, interventions, plans, programmes compliance and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the Group and the overall Talent Management Strategy.


REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications


Matric
3-year Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Industrial Psychology


Minimum Experience:


5 years Human Resources experience plus 2 years' experience in Talent Management (7 years)
2 years experience sourcing across multiple functions and organizationizational levels
Program management capability managing multiple complex initiatives at group level whilst ensuring quality and accuracy of work
Demostrated experience in managing Talent Management processes at group level incl but not limited to : Talent Acquisition (end-to-end), Onboarding (end-to-end), Performance Evaluations cycles, Talent Review processes etc
Vendor Management (onboarding, relationship management, performance reviews etc)
SAP Success Factors Expierence advantageous

DELIVERABLES


Develop, manage, and maintain Talent pipelines for, Succession, Critical, Scarce-skill, and high-volume roles.
Process outgoing payments in compliance with CHG financial policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition processes, data accuracy, compliance, and reporting standards.
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates in line with role criteria and business needs.
Facilitate the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process when required, including interview scheduling, interviewing, psychometric assessments, and coordination of onboarding
Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition processes, data accuracy, compliance, and reporting standards.
Support a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
Act as an ambassador for the employer brand through consistent and positive candidate engagement.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
Facilitate various Talent Management processes aligned to company policies and business needs and objectives (e.g. Performance Evaluations, IDP's, Succession Planning, Career paths, Strategic Talent Reviews.)
Ensure the alignment and implementation of end-to-end standard operating procedures / processes.
Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology.
Support Head of Talent in the design of Talent Management programmes for the development of critical business tools required for future business success (e.g. Performance Evaluations, Strategic Talent Reviews, MDP's, Career Paths, Learnerships, etc).
Periodically evaluate post-training performance to assess candidate readiness to progress to next level.
Identify and report opportunities for innovation and improvement in Talent Management programmes.
Build sustained professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain strong rapport and networking within the group (i.e. Clinical Facilitators, Hiring Managers, HoD's, Line Managers, HRBPs in Hospitals) for the effective delivery of Talent Management initiatives and programmes.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative bodies (e.g. Seta's DoL, SARS, etc.)
Escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs or financial losses.
