Remote | Kenya Monday to Friday | 12 PM - 8 PM CST Advanced English (C1) Must Have: 3+ years of recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for Telecom, Fiber Optics, Utility Construction, Construction, Skilled Trades, HDD/Directional Drilling, or Field Operations roles. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, passive candidates, competitor mapping). Experience managing ATS, recruiting pipelines, and candidate trackers. Experience working directly with hiring managers and clients. Advanced English (C1). Preferred Background:Candidates with experience recruiting for telecom infrastructure, fiber deployment, utility contractors, network installation, or similar companies. Not a Fit: Recruiters with experience focused only on Software Engineering, Corporate IT, SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech positions.
