Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition/Management Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment and support talent management initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Years of HR practice in a manufacturing, processing, agro-allied or comparable operational business, as distinct from consultancy, agency or office-only environments
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to meet workforce requirements.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding, probation, and employee confirmation processes.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain recruitment records and HR reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years\' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Experience in the agro-manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Strong recruitment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
