Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field and membership of a recognized HR professional body such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI with a minimum of 10 years HR experience, with at least 6 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or Organizational Development roles.
