Key Responsibilities


Prepare and submit income tax returns for individuals, companies and trusts
Respond to SARS queries, verifications and correspondence
Ensure all tax submissions and compliance matters are kept up to date
Manage client matters on SARS eFiling
Bill clients for tax services rendered
Assist with general tax compliance matters as required
Manage and maintain a portfolio of tax clients


Minimum Requirements


Relevant undergraduate degree or similar qualification
Strong working knowledge of SARS eFiling
Previous experience in tax compliance
Experience managing a tax client portfolio advantageous
Previous articles preferable
Registration as a Tax Practitioner preferable
GreatSoft experience advantageous
Exposure to BSharp advantageous
