Requisiti:
Skills And Competencies
Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience, preferably within the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
Bachelor's degree in Education
Demonstrated attributes of the IB Learner Profile: particularly open- mindedness, risk-taking, and reflectiveness.
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
ICT proficiency and confidence with Windows, Microsoft Office, and online learning platforms.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor students daily and foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-changing, and challenging environment.
Completion of a background check / certificate of good conduct.
Desirable criteria
Experience teaching low-achieving students.
Experience working with refugee populations or vulnerable communities.
Experience in Child Safeguarding and Protection.
Valid Teaching Service Commission (TSC) Number.
