Job Summary
The Team Lead will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the branch.
This includes sales growth, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, staff supervision, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales revenue and customer acquisition across printing and media services
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure service excellence
Supervise, motivate, and evaluate branch staff performance
Manage branch finances, job costing, and expense control
Ensure quality control of all print and media jobs
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and institutions
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
5 - 8 years' experience in printing, media, advertising, sales, or service-based businesses
Proven experience managing a branch, business unit, or operations team
Strong leadership, sales, and customer management skills
Good understanding of printing services, branding, or media operations (added advantage).
