Daily sales monitoring and reporting, Track percentage conversion ratio, Monitor proactive sales leads, Monitor specified sales and cross sell target.
Dormant accounts reactivation.
Cross selling the bank's products and services to existing customers.
Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank's share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Finance, Accounting and all courses under social sciences (ACCA or ACA or master's would be an added advantage).
Experience Required
At least 5 - 7 years' experience is required in frontline banking, Relationship Management Commercial banking and Business banker, with products and services. Experience with handling and organizing large data.
Previous portfolio management experience servicing a portfolio for Business or Commercial Banking clients. Experience in a Branch sales and/or service role. Experience in preparing Credit motivations and understanding of lending principles.
