Team Lead, Liabilities & TOD at First Bank

Develop strategies to maintain the bank's leadership position/market share in cheap deposit mobilization across all business accounts especially SMEs.
Drive product uptake and increase share of the wallet as well as increased Top Of the Mind Awareness (TOMA) of Liability Products and SME credit products (digital & TOD)
Drive automation & digitalization of SME Working capital Loan Products to enable the Bank gain market share of enlisted Principals and also attract new business.
Ensure Profitability of products managed
Product development and management
External and internal resource management
Cost control management and income maximization
Business creation and retention
Develop and deploy competitive strategies that will enable the Bank efficiently manage its Retail Liability Products and other Retail Asset products and significantly improve customer experience.
Develop industry knowledge in relevant sectors to aid bankwide training of staff on products knowledge.
Develop managerial and entrepreneurial skills and also provide the right leadership for Team members.
Provide first level marketing support to businesses in transaction and deal structuring as it relates to debt/equity financing and financial advisory services.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Minimum Education: First Degree, higher degrees MBA/professional certifications will be an added advantage

Experience
Minimum experience - Five years of relevant experience
