Sales Performance — own targets, monitor daily figures, track sell-through by brand
Recruit sales agents — coach and supervise sales executives, run briefings, manage attendance and conduct
Track performance and stock levels, pricing accuracy
Customer & Relationship Management — handle escalations, build partner relationships
Reporting & Administration — daily sales reports, stock reports and tracking
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing
2 - 4 years team lead sales experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Mobile/electronics/FMCG distribution background preferred
