Purpose Statement
Optimise credit performance and minimise risk through:
Managing and overseeing a team responsible for developing, implementing and optimising credit policies and processes across more than one workstreams.
Ensure the quality delivery of insights based on qualitative analysis, and the application thereof to influence credit decision making.
Education (Minimum)
National Diploma in Economics or Commerce
Education (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant degree in Economics or Commerce
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum:
6 - 8 years' experience in retail credit (policy and process enhancement).
In case of Bachelors degree or higher: 5 - 7 years experience
