Purpose Statement
To lead a team of Finance Business Partners, prioritising and overseeing commercial guidance to ensure alignment of operational drivers, business strategy and financial performance within business portfolios to enable accurate and effective financial management and decision making.
Experience
5 years' experience in financial accounting or finance partnering environment.
2+ years' experience leading or managing finance knowledge workers, coordinating and prioritising to achieve plans and objectives
In an environment requiring validating work
Stakeholder relationship engagement and management
Responsibility for delivery in a high performing, continuous development environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
Honours Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Commerce
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
