In this role you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the functions performed by the mining teams to ensure quality performance according to standards
Assisting the Miner with safe blasting of underground excavations, and with enforcement of mine standards and procedures, thus ensuring that the workplaces are safe
Leading the team and manage their performance with the assistance of the Miner
Communicate daily mining plans and allocate responsibilities to the crew
Ensuring compliance to the company's policies and procedures
About you:
Grade 12
Competent B certificate
Experience in Board and Pillar, trackless mining
Previous Team Leader (Mining) experience
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
