In this role, you will lead a team at MAGENTA in a nation-wide research project into how youth age 15 to 24 years perceive the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector (public and private) in Lebanon and what enablers and barriers shape enrolment and retention. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the generated insights are comprehensive, representative, and actionable for NGO and governmental decisionmakers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Leader is expected to provide up to 20 working days of input between December 2025 and the end of February 2026. The schedule of work will align with the overall project timeline and key deliverables and will be coordinated internally with the MAGENTA team.
