KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell financial products and services products across investments, stockbroking and estate planning.
Develop strategies and go to market approaches to acquire new relationships and significantly grow the funds under management through digital initiatives.
Collaborate with other business segments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
Ensure excellent client service delivery and quick resolution of client-related issues
Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments.
Client Service Excellence:
Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
Monitor client feedback and implement improvements
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Sound knowledge of investment products and markets and ability to apply this knowledge
Experience in retail financial services and a proven track record in a Sales or target driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues.
Excellent communication skills, common sense, and an empathetic ear
Relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good appreciation and working knowledge of office productivity tools.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or asset management, with a focus on retail clients.
Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
Other Requirements
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
