Job Overview: Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategy by providing analytical, financial, and market insights. Assist in translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage, while ensuring alignment with risk, regulatory, and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support development and execution of enterprise and SBU strategies aligned to growth and market positioning
Assist in long-term planning cycles, including 3 - 5 year strategic forecasts
Analyze macroeconomic and industry trends and support translation into actionable strategies
Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
Support evaluation of capital allocation across business units and subsidiaries
Assist in integrating risk, return, and macroeconomic scenarios into investment decisions
Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis across geographies
Provide insights to support competitive positioning and strategic response
Support identification and assessment of new market entry and expansion opportunities
Assist in development of growth and diversification initiatives
Support evaluation of M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships
Assist in deal analysis, valuation, and integration planning
Prepare data-driven insights and reports for management decision-making
Track execution of strategic initiatives and monitor performance impact (ROI, profitability, cost optimization)
Support alignment with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and rating agency expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors on strategy and transformation initiatives
Perform other functions as assigned by the Team Lead, Strategy

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
First degree in Accounting or a related discipline
Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in banking, strategy or finance roles
Desirable
Relevant master's degree
Experience supporting enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives
