Interested candidates should possess a Masters Degree from an accredited academic institution in Knowledge Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Public Administration, International Development, Economics, Social Sciences, Political Science, Communications for Development, Governance, or a related field with a minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible professional experience in knowledge management, policy analysis, research, institutional learning, governance, humanitarian programming, social protection, development planning, or related areas.
