The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Client liaison (on farm visits)
Sales and marketing of products
Dairy technical advice
Client management support
Data analysis
Related administrative duties
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
A minimum of a BSc. Agriculture;
Preferably be registered with SACNAPS (South African Council for Natural Scientific Professionals)
Experience in the selling and marketing of animal feed products;
Experience in on-farm diet assessment programmes and herd management programmes;
Experience in pasture based dairy industry would be a distinct advantage;
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, assertiveness and a high degree of self-motivation;
A high level of Computer skills in Microsoft Office products;
A commitment to service excellence and attention to detail;
Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans;
High level of personal and professional integrity;
A self-starter with a friendly disposition;
Preferably the ideal candidate will reside in the area of service.
Must be in possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
