Our Client, Aero Alliance, is transforming Akanu Ibiam International Airport into a modern, efficient, customer-focused, and globally competitive aviation hub. We are seeking an exceptional, analytical, and highly motivated professional to provide strategic, technical, and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Opportunity
The Technical Assistant to the CEO will serve as a trusted adviser and strategic partner, providing high-level support in strategy execution, corporate performance management, executive decision-making, project coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with Executive Management to ensure the timely implementation of strategic initiatives and organisational priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and operational excellence.
What You\'ll Do
Support the CEO in the execution of corporate strategy and key business initiatives.
Conduct research, business analysis, and prepare executive briefs, reports, presentations, and Board papers.
Coordinate strategic projects and monitor organisational performance against approved KPIs.
Track the implementation of Executive and Board decisions, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence and business transformation.
Support policy development, corporate governance initiatives, and enterprise performance reporting.
Coordinate engagements with regulators, government agencies, investors, airlines, concessionaires, and other strategic stakeholders.
What We\'re Looking For
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Strategic Management, Law, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
A Master\'s Degree (MBA or related postgraduate qualification) is highly desirable.
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CMI, or an equivalent project or management qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years\' progressive professional experience, including at least 5 years supporting C-suite executives, Boards, or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in strategy execution, business analysis, project management, executive reporting, and corporate performance management.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
High levels of integrity, discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in aviation, airports, infrastructure, consulting, transportation, or other highly regulated industries will be an added advantage.
