Job Purpose
The Technical Baker & Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods while offering technical expertise, recipe development, and product demonstrations. The role also involves actively driving sales of Bake and Top products through customer engagement, technical support, and effective relationship management to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Baking & Technical Support
Prepare, bake, and decorate products using Bake and Top ingredients in line with company standards.
Develop, test, and recommend recipes to showcase product applications and drive customer interest.
Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for both internal staff and external clients.
Provide guidance to bakery teams and customers on the correct use of Bake and Top products.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Promote and sell Bake and Top products to existing and potential clients to achieve set sales targets.
Deliver after-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct structured product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings to increase product adoption.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with bakeries, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product and service improvement.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of product trials, demonstrations, training, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, customer engagements, and technical activities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to meet business objectives.
Reporting Structure
This position shall report directly to the Manager In-charge of Bake and Top
