Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain access control systems (biometrics, RFID, card readers, turnstiles, etc.)
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation and security systems across sites
Respond promptly to system faults, breakdowns, and service requests
Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks on deployed systems
Support integration of hardware and software solutions for site operations
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, devices, and system connectivity
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new technologies
Requirements
Strong knowledge of access control systems
Understanding of automation systems and smart building technologies
Basic networking skills (IP configuration, LAN/WAN troubleshooting)
Hardware installation and maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Ability to read technical manuals and system documentation.
