Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
Ensure the optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and civil assets within the facility.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Conduct routine facility inspections and prepare technical reports.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset documentation.
Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building infrastructure and technical systems.
Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.
Conduct routine facility inspections and recommend improvement initiatives.
Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
Support the implementation of best practices in facility and asset management.
Qualifications
First in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
8 - 10 years of relevant experience in technical facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations.
Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility infrastructure.
Experience in lift/elevator management will be a distinct advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility maintenance reporting tools.
Preferred Candidate
Must currently reside in Asaba, Delta State, or its environs.
Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
