Role Overview


We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee a cross-functional engineering squad dedicated to delivering high-performance, user-centric frontend products. You will analyze briefs and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
To be successful as a technical lead, you should quickly identify problems. You will bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and seamless user experiences, ensuring technical scalability never compromises customer satisfaction. Responsibilities


Partnering closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to translate user journeys and wireframes into highly responsive, accessible, and performant architectures
Delegating and assigning work/tasks to team members in order to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Liaising with other technical leads to set standards and engineering policy/procedure documents
Advocating for frontend engineering best practices, including component reusability, modular state management, and optimized asset delivery
Leading and guiding the team through technical issues and challenges across both the frontend and backend stack
Establishing performance budgets and monitoring client-side analytics (such as Core Web Vitals and error-tracking tools) to continuously improve the end-user experience
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
Keeping himself/herself and the team up-to-date with industry trends, frontend advancements, and backend developments
Collaborating with security, system control offi cers, and auditors to identify and remediate possible gaps as a result of design, build, or choice of technology
Building and maintaining a high-performing engineering team
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders


Requirements
Qualifications:


6+ years of industry experience
Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or a related fi eld or equivalent experience
Professional certifi cations are a plus


Experience & Technical Skills:


The candidate should be well versed in systems designs and build. Applying software architectural patterns and/or design patterns to engineering problems
The candidate should have practical knowledge of programming and be an experienced user of at least one modern language/ecosystem. A strong emphasis on frontend/mobile ecosystems (e.g., React JS, TypeScript, React Native, Swift iOS, Kotlin) alongside robust backend familiarity (C#, Java, Python, etc.) is highly preferred
The candidate should be an expert at applying software development/engineering principles such as SOLID, DRY, KISS, and Separation of Concerns, as well as modern frontend architecture paradigms (e.g., Component-Driven Development, State Management patterns, Micro-Frontends, and Monorepos)
Have experience with at least one of GCP, AWS & Microsoft Azure (preferably Azure & AWS)
Have experience with modern development practices such as CI/CD, continuous testing, observability, post-mortem, and chaos engineering
Have experience with event-driven and distributed systems and the niche SaaS in the domain such as ElasticSearch, Redis, Kafka, etc
Deep understanding of modern web/mobile performance optimization, including lazy loading, server-side rendering (SSR), client-side caching strategies, and CDN utilization
A customer-centric mindset with a track record of using data (A/B testing, user session recordings, error tracking tools like Sentry/LogRocket) to drive technical iterations
Familiarity or experience collaborating with platform teams on infrastructure technologies such as Ansible, Terraform/Pulumi, Datadog, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, etc
