Responsibilities:-
Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in Mechanical/electrical engineering.
Experience
At least 2 years hands-on working experience in a busy food
Producing company as a technical operator or
Mechanical/electrical technician.
Main responsibilities
Preparation of machines I.E. Sterilization must take place on time.
All parameters of working phase must be adhered to.
Calibration of gauges and safety valves are done on time.
Re-ordering of oil,diesel and grease are checked on time.
Weekly maintenance.
Cleaning machine internally and on the surface is checked.
Closing of feed water to the boiler is checked.
Titration of sodium hydroxide for cip is done correctly.
Cold rooms are observed at all
Parameter.
Welding.
Implementation of the iso processes in the department.
Salary: kshs. 35,000 - 50,000 plus company benefits
