Validate ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and iterative feedback before committing to full-scale development.
Translate business problems into clear product requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and scalable system designs.
Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver robust solutions across APIs, integrations, workflows, and core platform infrastructure.
Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery and solution design to launch and continuous optimization.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
Collaborate with engineering teams on architectural decisions, technical tradeoffs, and system design considerations.
Lead agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
Ensure high standards for QA, testing, documentation, reliability, and performance across all product releases.
Monitor product, technical, and operational performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary bridge between engineering, operations, and business teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure product-market fit and successful adoption.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and intelligent systems across logistics workflows.
Own key product and business KPIs, driving measurable impact on efficiency, growth, and user experience.
Contribute to building a strong product and engineering culture through structured thinking, clear communication, and high execution standards.
