Responsibilties
Sales and Business Development:


Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.


Customer Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the oil and gas, and other sectors.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their technical and business needs.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.


Technical Support and Consultation:


Provide technical assistance and product education to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Offer expert advice on product selection, application, and optimization to ensure customer success.


Market Analysis and Intelligence:


Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve our products and services.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies.


Collaboration and Coordination:


Collaborate with Team members to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to our market/product.
Follow through with logistics and Supply Chain Team (Internal Sales) to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Collaborate with Service Team for client visitation.


Managing Product Information:


Manage and update product information from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Organize and participate in training sessions provided by OEMs to stay current on product knowledge and technical advancements.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is communicated to customers.


Exhibitions and Publicity:


Develop and execute publicity campaigns.
Attend engineering solutions exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and services.
Represent the company in networking events and industry conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.


Reporting and Documentation:


Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Provide timely updates to management on sales progress and potential opportunities.


Travel:


Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales within the oil and gas industry.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and the oil and gas market in Nigeria.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
