Our client is seeking to hire a Technical Sales Representative who are passionate, resolute, and focused. The incumbent will be responsible for the sales of Day-Old Chicks and Feeds as per set targets in the assigned region.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the sales of day-old chicks and feeds to meet or exceed set targets within the designated sales area.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Provide timely technical support to the growers within the assigned region.
Motivate the team and enforce compliance with all relevant company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Diploma in Animal Husbandry/Animal Health or a related field. Diploma in Sales and Marketing and/or a B.Sc. in Animal Health or a related field will be an added advantage.
3+ years in sales and distribution and in technical assistance in the poultry sector.
Proficiency in driving both motorcycles and motor cars. Should have a valid driving license for motorcycles.
