This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and technical advisory.

The successful candidate will be expected to:


Identify, pursue, and close project-based sales aligned with set targets
Understand construction and technical specifications to generate accurate, tailored quotations
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company policy frameworks
Conduct regular field visits to expand market reach and build strong contractor and consultant networks
Provide post-sale follow-up and technical support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
Collaborate closely with finance and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Maintain an active pipeline and submit structured sales reports
Conduct market intelligence to support competitive positioning and management decision-making

We are looking for candidates with:


Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales
Background in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
Strong knowledge of construction-related products and services
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Sage, Senri, and Microsoft Office tools
A valid driver's license
