Role Overview
We are looking for sales-oriented, voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
Candidates should meet at least 6 of the following requirements:
Prior experience in voice-based customer support at a call center or a BPO.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Experience using CRM tools
Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Familiarity with IoT
Strong attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping and follow-up skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of music trends and streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music)
Fast learner, well-organized, and able to multitask efficiently
Nice to Have
Experience with audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers, etc.)
Background in sales
Comfort with reading scripts, technical instructions, or basic code
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
Provide professional and polite responses at all times
Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues
