This is a technical support internship role at Infoney Solutions Limited. The role is on-site and based in Ruiru. The selected candidate will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, delivering customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing solutions to improve the overall user experience. Daily tasks may include interacting with institution staff, analyzing and resolving system-related concerns, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions.
