Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Electrical, Mechanical, PDI, and EV Technicians to join our aftersales and service team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Candidates with experience in electric vehicles (EVs) and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.
Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before customer delivery.
Carry out routine servicing, component replacement, and system testing.
Support inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of electric vehicle (EV) systems while adhering to high-voltage safety procedures.
Complete repair orders, inspection reports, and service documentation accurately and on time.
Ensure all work is completed within standard labor times while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Follow company policies, manufacturer procedures, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate effectively with service advisors, supervisors, and other technicians to achieve workshop targets.
Qualifications
OND, HND, Diploma, or Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.
Certification from an automotive OEM or recognized technical institution is an added advantage.
