Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Technician to support vehicle conversion, repairs, maintenance and technical operations. The successful candidate will work on electrical and mechanical systems, install and test EV components, troubleshoot faults and maintain proper repair documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out vehicle conversion, repair and maintenance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
Install, test and maintain EV components and systems.
Complete repair reports and maintain accurate technical records.
Ensure proper use and accountability of tools and spare parts.
Perform quality and safety inspections before vehicle handover.
Provide technical support at stations and field locations when required.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized workshop or work area.
Requirements
OND, HND, Trade Test, Technical Certificate or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Auto Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in vehicle repair, auto electrical work, EVs, motorcycles/tricycles, fleet maintenance, generator/power systems, mechatronics or mechanical workshop operations.
Experience working with tricycles, motorcycles, batteries, controllers, motors, wiring harnesses or fabrication-related work is an advantage.
Ability to understand basic work instructions and complete repair logs.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
